For customer-initiated returns or exchanges, contact us by email within 7 days of delivery. Only unopened and unused items are accepted. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we cover shipping and will exchange or refund. Cut fabric and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned. Cancellations are not accepted after dispatch. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. |
